RT-UPS
The RT-UPS is an uninterruptible power supply designed to protect OxTS INS equipment against power fluctuations and vehicle power loss during testing. It keeps equipment supplied for up to 1 minute, preventing data loss and avoiding the need to reinitialise the navigation system.
Essential for automotive testing environments where engine starts/stops, battery disconnects, and ignition cycling can cause power interruptions. The RT-UPS ensures continuous data logging and maintains INS convergence through power transitions.
