REGULUS
REGULUS integrates a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU, a dedicated NPU, 4K video codec, and 8MP ISP into a single 17×17mm package. It delivers 10 TOPS of AI performance at just 3 watts — making it a fully functioning AI computer on a chip.
The integrated 4K codec (H.264/H.265 @ 60FPS, MJPEG 4K @ 120FPS) and 8MP ISP eliminate the need for separate video processing chips, reducing BOM cost and board space for space- and power-constrained devices.
REGULUS delivers industry-leading TOPS per watt, outperforming competing edge AI solutions on ResNet-50 throughput normalized by power consumption. CES 2025 Innovation Award winner.
